Just dropping this review to help you guys out. My Bud tender Brian was a pleasure. My only problem was more with my purchase. I made an online order for some concentrates that were on sale. I put the minimum I needed. I then got a text saying to head over to verify my identification, so I did. When I got there my total was double the price. The bud tender did Homer the pricing but only on one gram even after I showed him on the site the deal they had going on. This ain’t the bud tenders fault. I’d say more of whoever is managing the sales online. Let your team know, or update the sale with better wording. Also on another note. When do you not have things on sale? I’ve had my first time customer discount for a while now because I can’t use it on sale items but everything is always on sale, so how does someone even get to use. Also thanks to Brian for signing me up for the rewards program. I didn’t know about till I bout my 2nd ounce, so I’d assume I never got my points for previous purchases. With all that being said I do love your guys flowers, but we need more hybrids and sativas. See y’all again soon.
